A: No. We strive to process and ship orders out as soon as possible, therefore once the orders is made, no cancellations or modifications are allowed.

A: We sometimes work with Individuals to list certain pieces that are highly sought after . As these Consignment orders involves third party, there may be times where there may not be fulfilment as the third party no longer has the item or refuses to finalise the sale.

Q: What is a Pre-order?

A: Pre-orders may be offered on thetoygalleria.com. These orders will state the estimated shipping date of the item. The estimated shipping date is our best estimate of when the item will be shipping out of Singapore.

However we do not guarantee that the orders will be shipped out during that window as pre-order items are not carried in stock and are usually in production, therefore there may be delays involved. If there is an unforeseen scenario of production issues, The Toy Galleria will notify by email and provide a refund.

Q: The packaging or the outer box of my item is damaged, can i return it ?

A: The Toy Galleria does not guarantee product packaging. We understand that packaging or boxes are important to some collectors, however the purpose of the packaging is to ensure the safe delivery of the product to the buyer's home.


Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

A: For Pre-Orders, delivery month is stated in the description of the item. For ready stock orders, please allow up to 4-6 business days for us to ship out your order. There might be delay at times however please bear with us while we try our best to have it shipped out as soon as possible.

Q: Shipping Rates?

A: Shipping rates are indicated in each the item description and will be added during the checkout.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: Internationally. We most likely ship to your country unless there are restrictions on the end of the logistics' company.
